С 5 ноября до 10 декабря Салоники в очередной раз принимаетFestival of piano music. Every year they are waiting for him as one of the most significant events in the cultural life of the city. The festival is an opportunity to prove yourself both for performers and for composers.
Activities will include 5 main and 2 final concert. They will be held at the Museum of Modern Art and Assembly. University Hall of Aristotle, and among the participants will be young Greek pianists who have already achieved some success abroad. Also, the public will have the opportunity to fully enjoy works by Frédéric Chopin for piano and orchestra. Their will perform in the last days of the festival in collaboration with The State Orchestra of Thessaloniki.
The organizers consider that the festival should carry educational function. Therefore, among the side events as in previous years, master classes in the conservatory and Concerts of novice pianists in Kavala, Florin and Alexandroupolis.
