At the International Independent Documentary Film Festival in Hollywood (HIIDA) film “Greek Skies” (Creek skies) Panagiotis Filippou won the main prize of Best of the Fest.
Panayotisposvyatil this film to his father Konstantinos Filippou, who struggled with a serious illness – cancer, but not so I could beat her.
“Father, you are in the Greek sky. Every time I turned the camera, I shot you. You made the Greek skies even more beautiful and more amazing. All 365 days and 825 hours of filming, 55,000 photos, 8400 kilometers of roads and 650 hours of editing you have always been me”.
I must say that the doctors also put Panaiotis A terrible diagnosis with a prognosis of living only 3-6 months. But internal the strength and support of loved ones helped Panayotis to fight disease – cancer retreated.
