23 ноября в Афинах начинается Фестиваль этнографическогоmovie. It is held annually and represents the best ethnographic films of the year – both short and full length Visual anthropology – constantly evolving the field of social anthropology associated with the production and ethnographic film and photography. Such a festival is by Essentially the only platform in Greece to demonstrate works as well as a meeting place for students and teachers.
One of the goals of the festival is to bring a new level. the authority of the scientific community, especially young directors. In that year, the event broke another record in the number of participants. In Athens, will show dozens of films from Brazil, Greece, Russia, Cyprus, Tajikistan, USA, Australia and other countries. Everything Films are shown in original language with Greek subtitles. The broad program of the festival will allow you to fully meet viewers with new ethnographic films.
The festival of ethnographic cinema will be held in the Astor cinema and will end on November 27th. Ticket prices range from free visits to several films up to 10 euros (subscription) and 2 euros (one-time visit).
