In the travel agency agent us recommended resort town Kalithea, which is located south of the city of Rhodes.
Kalithea – a small but very attractive beach tourist resort. You can get here from Rhodes by bus in about quarter of an hour, even closer from Firara. Public transport goes in all directions, and even for the movement you can rent car. By taxi you can, and in principle, inexpensive. Buses go approximately every 20 minutes. Personally, I was traveling by taxi, it’s easier and the prices are not very big.

There are several car rental stations in the city. Generally, despite small size, the infrastructure of Kallithea, Rhodes is developed perfectly. Nearly two dozen hotels for every taste and budget. In general, beaches are equipped with everything for great pastime.
If you really want a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, relax in a comfortable setting – Kallithea is the perfect choice. Families with children will also enjoy it here. There is a game center in the city itself, and a number of hotels offer animators services. For adults there are places that are definitely worth a visit. – local hot springs, for example. Nightly entertainment provides night club of the city, but the most interesting thing is that in the big picture peace and tranquility is absolutely not affected. Moreover, they say that sometimes you can even hear the rustle of the wind. I like nightlife, and sometimes I enjoy having fun at nightclubs, but often you want peace of mind. So, I was able to get from rest both. So, for example, when I wanted, I could go to the disco, and when it was necessary to rest, I went into my the room and absolutely did not hear anything. That is the noise from the nightclubs totally inaudible.
