Podolka turned out to be one of the restaurants I visited recommendations of friends (they are present in one of the pictures). It is located in the central part of Prague, in the historic district Karlin, which is located right between the Vltava River and Vitkov by the hill.

Restaurant Podolka
Podolka is positioning itself as a health food restaurant, without harmful ingredients and with a large selection of dishes for vegetarians. AT On the whole, the place is very good, but left behind some understatement.
It seems to be here the very place where you can amuse yourself outside depending on eating habits, whether you are a vegetarian or a meat eater. And the desserts are not bad, and in the basement there is a children’s corner – salvation for family travelers.

But on the other hand, somehow in terms of service the restaurant let us down. In relation to the staff it was very much felt, I do not know how to more accurately describe this negative in words, but the second time I’m right here I will not go. Moreover, after visiting I googled reviews on this dash and realized that not one left here with a feeling of dislike.
The interior is simple, not frilly, with wooden furniture and two bar counters on each floor. Access down is by the spiral staircase to the left of the bar, and at the same counter I I saw a wood stove, though I did not find it in action. But judging by powerful chimney – stove is not fake.
The restaurant occupies part of the ground floor in a historic building and has basement without windows (here they were originally replaced tensioned membranes and fluorescent lamps).
