How much have I not I thought about moving from Moscow, but there was always a question of communication on new place. Of course, I can communicate with anyone, but I want closer communication, friendly, which is possible only with people of very similar interests. I traveled a lot in eco-settlements, and I know firsthand how and what people live, what difficulties they have. Maybe someone perceives them – “they say, they have come here rich,” but as it shows practice, 90% of the settlers are perfectly ordinary people. OK, when there is an apartment, you can rent it out or sell it, but again, most of them only have salary, which in the regions does not allow especially turn around. So the easiest way is for me to remote work

By the way, this is one of the reasons why it was important for me to switch to remote earnings and stop being tied to the office, I’m I also thought about going away to live in an ecovillage. By the way, the same Interfluve, about which I already wrote, we began to create together with guys, really then I left the project—

Initially, I considered ecovillage as the only option. for moving from Moscow, as there is an opportunity to buy a large plot of land (1-2 hectares), which for the price will be cheaper than 6 acres in the country (the whole thing in the agricultural purpose of the land), and therefore will not close and realistic in finance for me.

A large plot is needed for several reasons – first, it’s the minimum area where you can try to create your ecosystem and farm, and secondly, I can not stand giving with tall fences and closed space in which you sit, like in a cage, and neighbors make noise around and look at you from the top floors of their homes. Then, however, thoughts of moving to a village in Krasnodar region (since there are my favorite mountains and density of people less), as well as a temporary life in Thailand.
