The house went with a toad – The guys who lived here, told where it came from, but I forgot, almost brought from Samui. I remember only that they tried to resettle her, but she came back. The first couple of days she was not visible, or missed the same to the owners, whether we are very noisy, but now returned again back.

For the house I pay 15,000 baht per month. Plus separate electricity and water. For such conditions and the price area is pretty good. To the sea 4-5 km, and there you have to move in transport.
Compared to Samui, I can say that prices in Ao Nang are slightly lower on housing, but to compare them is not entirely correct, because on Samui a lot of housing in walking distance from the sea, and it increases the cost, as It is known, therefore, houses on Samui seem to be more expensive. At all it seemed to me that the choice of houses on Samui is much wider, in fact, as well as beaches (6 beaches against 3, if we are talking about the main ones).
Transport rent
By the way, I decided to rent a car again, as on Samui, only here I could not find anything small, and I rented for 16,000 baht / month Toyota Vios at a large distributor Avis, they offered me the cheapest option, even cheaper than many well-known Mr Kord and Bee.
